Our plans which do not surround a courtyard and that are designed for a yard all around them are organized according to their size as follows:
Up to 800 square foot footprint. 2-car garage on first level, living space primarily on second level. Freestanding unit.
Up to 2,000 square feet, 1 or 1-1/2 stories.
Same size as a cottage, but 2 stories tall or more. Cottages & Small Houses are included in the same chapter of the Mouzon Design website because of their similarities.
2,001 to 3,200 square feet, any height.
3,201 to 4,800 square feet, any height.
Over 4,800 square feet, any height.
