The Corner Court is an L-shaped design that encloses two sides of a courtyard located either at a front or a back corner of the lot. Front Corner Courts are more suitable for those of a more social nature, where it is possible to invite a neighbor into the courtyard over the top of a wall or fence. Rear Corner Courts are more suitable for those that are more private.
